Don't worry, we thought about everything!
When you book a course at Electric LadyLand, we take care of you from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We suggest that you arrive 5 minutes in advance to settle at your station. Everybody is free to take as many pauses as they want during practice and lunchbreaks are between 12:30 to 1:30.
Depending on the course you booked, you will have at least one natural gem and the silver in use included during practice. All tools and surfaces are available for you to use during your course. Any additional gem and silver such as chains are available to purchase at the studio.
At Electric LadyLand, we care about you feeling comfortable and enjoying the course. We will make sure that no matter what your level is you will leave with a completed piece of jewelry even if it takes some extra time, at no additional cost for you.
Injuries and health are matters that we take very seriously. The studio is covered by insurance and we are trained in First Aid. During covid-19, we kindly ask you to cancel if you feel any symptoms and a face mask will be given to you at the beginning of the course.
Our goal is for everybody to learn and enjoy the art of smithery but for security reasons we kindly ask our customers to be above 15 years old. If you are physically or mentally impaired, please contact us with a note from your doctor testifying that you are apt to join the course.
Life is often complicated and we understand that sometimes it gets in the way! We ask you to cancel via email or phone maximum 48 hours before the class starts. After 48 hours, a cancellation will cost 50% of the course price (except in cases of health or injury).
